An established agricultural business wanted to grow an additional revenue stream (private event venue). A new brand, website, marketing strategy, and operationalwq processes were needed.
This project included 5 phases: Brand Research, Visual Design, Website Build, Marketing Strategy and Implementation, and Customer Experience.
The primary challenge in this project was solidifying stakeholder buy-in to engage in digital marketing. To overcome this challenge, I proposed starting small and tracking the results. I presented the initial ROI to the stakeholders, enabling them to see the value in the strategy. I then optimized the initial plan to zero in on where we saw the most progress (SEO and B2B partnerships developed via our social media presence).
