This project included 5 phases: Brand Research, Visual Design, Website Build, Marketing Strategy and Implementation, and Customer Experience.

Challenge

The primary challenge in this project was solidifying stakeholder buy-in to engage in digital marketing. To overcome this challenge, I proposed starting small and tracking the results. I presented the initial ROI to the stakeholders, enabling them to see the value in the strategy. I then optimized the initial plan to zero in on where we saw the most progress (SEO and B2B partnerships developed via our social media presence).

Results

  • Developed new brand (Boulder Flower Farm) with 100% event STR
  • Increased company's annual gross revenue by 20%
  • Established a 5.2% website conversion rate
